1. Sponsor

The "Fused Gut Master Missionary Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Zelph Nutrition LLC with DBA Fused Nutrition, [7533 S CENTER VIEW CT # 4736, West Jordan, UT 84084] ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release these platforms from any liability associated with this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 8, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are two (1) way to enter the Promotion:

(a) Online Entry

During the Promotion Period, visit https://tryfused.com/pages/giveaway and complete the entry form by providing your first name, valid email address, and phone number. Entrants must accept all applicable consents (including marketing communications consent for SMS, where applicable). All required form fields must be completed for an entry to be valid.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per phone number during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the stated limit will be void. Use of any automated system, robotic entry, third-party entry service, or any other method designed to bypass the one-entry-per-person limit is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a one (1) year supply of Gut Master Gummies for one missionary AND their mom (the "Winning Duo"). The prize includes:

1. Twelve (12) bags of Gut Master Gummies shipped to the missionary at their mission address (or any U.S. residential or P.O. Box address designated by the Winning Duo);

2. Twelve (12) bags of Gut Master Gummies shipped to the missionary's mom at her U.S. residential address.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Winning Duo: $1,199.28 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,199.28 USD. Bottles will be shipped in installments over the course of the year (typically monthly) to U.S. addresses only. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash or other substitutions will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The Winning Duo is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes (including income tax) associated with receipt or use of the prize, as well as any other costs or expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize. The Winning Duo will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before the prize is awarded if the ARV exceeds applicable tax reporting thresholds.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about May 22, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Winning Duo entry from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designated representative), whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. The selected entrant must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to provide any required information (including, where applicable, the missionary mom's residential address and the missionary's shipping address, plus a signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Conditions of Participation

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements about the Promotion, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://tryfused.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants acknowledge they have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or harm of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, garbled, mutilated, or misdirected entries or mail; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries; (c) any technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions; or (d) any printing, typographical, mechanical, administrative, or technical errors that may occur in the materials related to the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

11. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction therein. Each entrant waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action with respect to any claim relating to the Promotion.

12. Modification or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that, in Sponsor's sole opinion, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

13. Winner List / Official Rules Request

To request a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner (available after the conclusion of the Promotion), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by August 22, 2026 to: "Fused Gut Master Missionary Giveaway — Rules/Winner Request," Fused Nutrition LLC, [INSERT ADDRESS].

14. Social Media Disclosure

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor, not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
