Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order, so you can try Fused with confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve ever placed with Fused.

If your refund request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
You do not need to send the product back to us.

You will receive a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used consumable goods
  • Products purchased on sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We provide free exchanges with no handling fees.
If you exchange for a product of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.

 


 


Refunds

We will notify you once your refund has been processed. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders once they have been placed.

We also do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.
You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal with just a few clicks.
